Perry Philp began working for FLEXMASTER COMPANY LIMITED in 1984, eventually becoming General Manager and in 1998 orchestrated a buyout of FLEXMASTER COMPANY LIMITED from Cecil Wood and is still owner of FLEXMASTER COMPANY LIMITED today. Perry Philp has exclusively handled the entire product testing at Underwriters Laboratories, in the United States and in Canada, as well as acoustic testing and foreign product testing. The FLEXMASTER COMPANY LIMITED team is still together today having an unparalleled combined level of experience of over 100 years. FLEXMASTER COMPANY LIMITED has continued to design and develop machinery and has been granted various United States Patents as well as expanding with new Licensees and processes in Australia, Singapore, Japan and India.

Understanding that the Licensing Agreements in North America were soon expiring, a decision was made to once again, become a manufacturer. Wanting to maintain the original concept of manufacturing quality flexible duct products, while utilizing the mechanical locking process, PEPPERTREE AIR SOLUTIONS was conceived and began operations in March of 2008. PEPPERTREE AIR SOLUTIONS continues to specialize in fabricating many products for the Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning market, as well as Industrial Flexible Ducting Products.

​Cecil Wood started FLEXMASTER COMPANY LIMITED in 1960 developing his own machinery and processes for the Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning market. As FLEXMASER COMPANY LIMITED grew, the decision was made to concentrate on the machinery design and build components in support of its business. Cecil Wood actively sought to License his processes and technical expertise through licensed partners such as FLEXMASTER U.S.A., located in Houston Texas, FLEXMASTER Canada, and other various companies in between. While these companies grew, FLEXMASTER COMPANY LIMITED provided the technical support and machinery to keep pace with and make their growth possible. FLEXMASTER COMPANY LIMITED continued development of the Mechanical Lock Process which was successfully adapted to the Industrial ducting Industry. These innovations further expanded the Licensing opportunities with expansion to the United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands, France, Italy as well as Australia, South Africa, Singapore, and Japan.
